Super Friday!

We are reading a Christmas book each night...tonight was The Christmas Pageant...it was about Baby Jesus....

The kids are very excited each morning to open the next day of their chocolate advent calandar...

Last nights book was "Santa's workshop"

I am very excited about our Advent tree. Each day we make a symbol that reminds us about Something about God and leading up to Jesus' birth. The dove shows God made everything, and His intension was for all to be peaceful. Today was the tree of good and evil, showing that since Adam and Eve disobeyed, now our world is not a perfect place, and there is saddness....

Bo decided to give Ryan the elf his Christmas list tonight....

This is the silly thing that Ryan did last night....he was a little messy with the tooth paste and was caught holding it and Sam's toothbrush!

I adore Baylens feetHangin out with Daddy, watching the Grinch, on a Friday night, after a fun festival, or "Festibull" as Bo says, Baylen was very into this....and when the kids laughed he did too, super funny to watch

Went to Winterville tonight and it was so nice. Here we are on a train ride...super cute! There were quaint little bookshops, and it has such an old town feel, really neat. They had hotdogs, hot chocolate, homemade cookies, popcorn...the kids said AWESOME!

There was even a real live manger scene....

Sam got an award today for being student of the month...being peaceful! So proud of her! :)
Bo is asleep in my lap right now...this is the best....super fun day and looking forward to a great weekend with family and football!!!!
